Biology and Biotechnology....in Bangladesh.

Biological science differs from the mainstream of science basically from physical science for the mystery of it dealings. Bios and logos; the two Greek terms made biology an unique era in the world of science and technology.How an unicellular microbes can survive while huge dinosaur couldn't.What is the basics of start and ending of life. How all the mechanism is regulated. Except biological science no theory could adopt to discuss this things. Why we take breath, why we consume food, how these are degrade, what is the necessities of water in our body, how sunlight and rainfall play a role in environment cycle and so on could be answered by biology. So biology is not only the science of living world but also the science that could help to understand human itself.     

Now i am going to talk about the modern and recent advanced field of biology which is nothing but Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. In recent days DNA fingerprinting technology, Gene Cloning, Genetic Counseling, and Genetic drug production are build up on the basis of biotechnology. From cheese making to DNA sequencing Biotechnology has cope  up all the area where biology should applied. Though in Bangladesh there is a great scarcity to employ the graduate of this discipline but the demand is really high in abroad. I hope in recent early years there will be a great scope of this subject in my country.
